The team at Vortex were fantastic. Beenish who led all the communications kept me updated regularly with progress. I went to them for help in developing my Shopify website into a marketplace. Most agencies I had spoken to said it wasn't possible for my budget, by Beenish made it work making use of existing Shopify apps to reduce overall cost.
They came back with 1 design which I absolutely loved, but I get the impression they would have gone through many rounds should I not have been happy. Going into development was so easy - Beenish gave me a timeline for completion, so I knew when to expect the website. He then let me review and over the coming days made tweaks. I had requested Beenish use a new app that they hadn't had experience with previously - the team learnt how to develop this very quickly, embedding into the website and customising. Should they not know the solution they were quick to contact the developer themselves to find answers whilst they worked on other elements of the website.
Not only that, after the initial build Beenish was accommodating in further requests, building new pages that technically were out of scope, but he made it work regardless. He came up with new page templates for me to use.
