About The Printer's Son
I am a designer who spends his days designing, developing and styling websites for individuals and small businesses. My interest in design began from an early age and grid systems — the most legible and harmonious means for structuring information — and a use of white space are an integral part of what I create.
A major influence to my work is the Swiss International Style that originated in the 1940s and 50s and which formed much of the development of graphic design during the mid 20th century. Personal inspirations include the printed page, world cinema, the great outdoors, and photography — a discipline in which I am not a professional but simply use to capture memories that may otherwise become lost.
I consider myself privileged to have been able to work alongside a range of clients from all over the world on their projects.
