Zak's knowledge and know-how through the entire process of launching our shop was exceptional. He worked quickly but didn't lose sight of the small details while working through our difficult requests. We had a few shop features that seemed to be lofty request, but Zak found a way to implement them but still kept them simple enough for us to update on our own. Simply put, Zak is awesome!
