Richard from Underground helped us with a few issues we were having with the Vantage theme. He was quick, efficient and easy to work with. I emailed our issue and it was resolved the following day (they are in the UK we are in LA). I could not be more pleased with my experience with underground media and the entire shopify team.

Richard is amazing. He gets back to me quickly and makes the process so easy. To be honest, and not to sound mean, but just as a comparison, he gets back to me a lot faster than Shopify customer service does and when he gives me a solution, it's the right one right off the bat versus an issue I had with Shopify that I had to go back and forth on.
